Would love to get some insights about the role, interview process and company. Thank you very much!
It depends on where the office is located. If it is Europe- no issue, you will be happy to work there. You will have a manager who will care about your career and growth. In the US - you mostly will work on the customer side, and there are few benefits if the customer is ok. Be sure that you will be almost alone with all your problems.
Never ever think to join this company. Epam sucks!
They usually pay lower band of an average salary in an area that you live in. So usually it depends on your client, if your clients are reasonable, then it's pretty good. Internally there's a huge knowledgebase, you can move from one client to another, you can learn new things, people are supportive for the most part, pretty transparent ways to grow in your career. If you got a bad client, then it can be pretty bad in terms wlb, stress etc. because EPAM does not confront clients, they would tell you suck it up and only if you complain non-stop, they will try to find you a replacement usually from Belarus, Ukraine and will try to find you another client.
Donโt trust them! They do layoffs madly!
Epam is ok. We worked with a lot of eastern European when my old company had epam contract
