For background, Iβve worked at a FANG and a startup in the past, plus a few other very Corp like companies... the culture at equinix is good. People are generally nice and understanding. Respectful of your time. Career growth-wise... it all depends. Even if you work very hard, might not get promoted quickly. Have to play with office politics and be a favorite.
