Where are the 400k+ jobs now?

Everyone I know recently job hunting is taking down levels + huge salary cuts. Like gladly accepting 250k when they used to be able to waltz into faang at 400k+. Is 400k for senior dead? Tc 400

I had a quant recruiter hit me up for 600k senior, but also he said the firm basically rejects everyone so I probably won’t get it lol
