Chatted with them in late fall this year and was told that there's no full-time headcount that were willing to wait for non-compete. Now some other headhunters reached out to me about their tech platform roles. Shall I apply or wait until next year? Role: Core SWE YOE:3-6 TC:480K
TC is surprising. Thought HRT would pay more than that. You can get similar pay at 2s for fewer hours.

Are your 2s friends making more than you? We are not known for our pay so that would be bad. I thought HRT gives big bonus increases with good performance.
