Walmart PIP
Hii Recently in annual review manager complained about first two quarters as not really good then for later quarters he said that you improved and stepped up , did not give hike and not even half bonus then after couple of weeks said that we will review you for two months in a formal process for improvement. Not sure if he has already decided something? Is being in PIP means they will remove you?
Yes it's PiP, now they have started rolling out plan to all Opportunity rated folks. It has been guidance from Top management that All Opportunity rating folks has to be managed out to avoid giving severance, so even if you work your as@ off in PiP ur manager n principal will find a way to move you out by keeping some part of project as not delivered with great quality, it's direction given.
