Anyone working for Delphix?
As the title suggests, trying to get some inputs on the company. Thinking to apply for TAM role . will be great if any inputs in terms of TC , WLB , company prospects, IPO are provided. 15 years exp TC : $160k
I was interviewed for the same role.. management doesnโt seem good. They offered my SR principle instead of tam. I have 12+ yes of experience with us masters
What is TAM? Wlb is quite OK, depends on a team though. As for the IPO, I also donโt believe it happens any time soon. If you are looking for tech role, donโt expect any exiting work to do. Even tough it is a โsturtupโ, there are no new technologies out there. Positive things: the company seems to be very stable with positive cash flow and many customers.
