What's an achievable signing bonus?
Last few times I've switched I've lowballed myself on signing bonuses β only getting $15-20k. To be better prepared in the future, how much can you push for, for senior staff and such?

It depends on the company. I've seen up to $50k at Square, $60k at Stripe, and $100k at Meta. Coinbase wouldn't go above 10% of base.
