Why booking.com offer or employment contract doesn't mention RSU details?
Both my offer and employment contract have no mention of the RSU breakdown. It just mentions I am eligible for RSU. Is the a common practice? My recruiter had verbally mentioned 80K RSU Offer details, £120k(fixed), £5k(relocation),£20k(sign on), (£80k/3)RSU, 20% bonus 10YOE #booking #offer
Yes they do not mention it in the contract, only eligibility. But they should have mentioned the cash bonus in the contact I believe, unless you are not eligible for annual cash bonus
