Aetna or Premera health insurance in LA?

I can't decide between Aetna and Premera. I already looked up the providers who accept each insurance but both have the same-ish number of providers and I don't know how to decide. I don't have any doctors that I already see but I need to find a new psych who can prescribe medication. Any advice for LA/SoCal? #insurance #medical #health
