Don’t focus on the absolute number, focus on change in the number, these scales are inaccurate but they are consistent in being inaccurate. So if the number drops 2% take that as a win not the absolute number. But if you absolutely want to have the most accurate thing get a dexa scan done maybe every month.

My gym has a tool called InBody which scans each area of your body. It’s pretty cool, gives you a % body fat breakdown. You stand on it, grab some handles with your hand and then by some magic it measures you.

This here is very true. I get so much more attention from females that it feels like a cheat code. Don’t expect that you will over the board attention. It is subtle. Also if you have a partner they will be touching your arms and abs all the time. Sometimes it gets a little annoying.
