First off, congrats to DoorDash and AirBnb employees! Y'all made a killing; jealous, but it's all part of the game. As I've been potentially considering a jump, I've compiled a list of companies that I'm looking into that could be pre-IPO: Stripe Databricks Cruise Instacart coinbase Discord Robinhood A lot of these companies look like they're going to IPO in 2021, which means I'd be getting in pretty close to IPO, which is not bad, but could have been better had I joined earlier. I remember even 3-4 years ago, people were talking a whole lot about the likes of Airbnb/Stripe which ended up/will likely end up doing quite well. I guess the other side to that is people were also talking about Uber/Lyft as well, but they ended up doing not so well. I've been struggling to find companies that are following a similar trend these days (i.e. are on the map, but not VERY close to IPO). Any ideas of what these companies could be? Or more generally, companies that are doing decently well, but not on the brink of IPO.

Is there any info on Discord IPO timeline?
good question. i'm not exactly sure tbch, but it's definitely a name people have heard of
You’re too late to make a killing for the companies you listed above. I’d look in Retool and Anduril.
Flexport still has growth potential (only $3B last round and legacy competitors are ~$20-30 B)
Brex Chime Varo Current Take a look at above fintech companies, if looking for 2-4 yrs timeline
