Also, my equity has nearly tripled in that same time: $UNH grant at ~$325 (half RSUs, half options); few weeks ago $UNH topped $550. That equity is low, even after the stock rise
Optum/UNH are both very much traditional healthcare companies, so their salaries are not typical CA-tech salaries. This is slightly above average based on peers I’ve talked to.
