BentoBox offer valuation

Hi all, I recently got an offer from BentoBox for a Software Engineer II position. They recently got acquired by Fiserv and was told that they would not be offering equity/RSUs anymore. Just wanted any insight on how I should proceed, I enjoyed meeting the team and the work I would be doing seems pretty cool.
