Fiserv is JPMC v2, you’ll be fine. Lol. The quoted figures are roughly accurate.
I heard there is no RSU for director role in Fiserv and base is 160-180k, yearly bonus is very less half cash half stocks
There is definitely RSU for Director level. Bonus is usually $30k split between cash and RSU (33/33/33). The cash/stock split is normally 30/70 but varies year to year.
Is there any RSU yearly refreshers grant for Sr Advisor role apart from yearly bonus? I heard Sr Advisor role equivalent to Director role in fiserv
