Recently received an offer from Walmart for Senior Software Engineering position. Please let me know how to negotiate. I don’t have any other offers in hand as I was not looking actively. It is lesser than my current compensation. TC: 264K YOE: 10 #walmart

May be you can say the you are on final round with some competitive company or had final round but have a good feedback and received verbal offer But I think walmart can increase to 275 -290 max
