Worst intern you’ve ever hosted

Just know that you’ll be fine. There is always a person who was much worse than you.

I have been leading internship program within our org in my company for two years now. They are one of the brightest talents and always come up with fresh ideas. Better than most employees. Only one time I had a difficulty with an intern who got nervous in the middle of the project because he couldn’t understand it. But I think that’s because of his personality. Otherwise I always liked working with them.

I once worked with an intern who tried to sleep with everyone, she provided no value on the workplace and I think our director only hired her because she was super hot.
