Culture is bad. You are expected to work long hours and weekends as if like it is normal. Pay also not at all comparable to faang. Only base is good at $200k but equity is peanuts. Bonus 5% irrespective of role. Total comps won’t go beyond $200 to $250.

Depends on the role as it's engineering and manufacturing intensive right now, but all EVTOL companies are fighting to get to first to market right now so that's why everyone is putting in intense hours.
