@pot-smoker - been at ABNB for ~2.5 yrs. Build and lead a team from scratch but the culture at ABNB has become so toxic: last min. asks, pivot like a 1000 times with incoherent strategy, and yet, Sr. MGMT expect you to deliver what they can't think of YET. Sr. MGMT basically treat middle managers and ICs like mushrooms - leaving you in the dark but expecting you to grow and contribute
