Recommendation for Tenant / Landlord lawyer (WA, outside of King County)?

Can anyone recommend a lawyer who can assist with a Tenant / Landlord dispute? The rental lease is in Washington state—the closest major city is Seattle, but the rental is in a different county, i.e., not in Seattle or King County (but I think the lawyer can still be based in Seattle). For a bit of context, the dispute relates to security deposits, pet damage to carpeting, allowed occupants/guests under the lease, and (potentially) rights and obligations related to a non-trained emotional support animal. The rental is a single-family house, owned by the landlord. [Edit: I am renter, in case lawyers only take clients from one side or the other] TC / GTFO: $360K, 15+ YOE #housing #lawyer #seattle

Are you the renter or landlord?

Non-trained emotional support animal. Lol first world problems.

I prefer to think of it as a first world benefit. In this case, it is only a tertiary aspect of the dispute (and likely will not factor into the response). But it would be helpful if the lawyer is familiar with housing law in that area.

Dear Blind Hive... is it really the case that even though a lot of you have rental property for income, absolutely nobody uses (or even knows of) a good lawyer in the greater Seattle area with expertise in tenant-related law?
