Agrihood

After visiting one of the agrihoods in GA, I feel the urge to get away from corporate work and move to the place where I can still leverage my IT skills and contribute to the community by farming and keeping food prices low and maintain high quality living via house modeling and design choices. As rustic and harmonious the place looks, agrihoods are expensive to move in. It's either a group of rich folks made the place or they're grandfathered in. Does anyone know a more welcoming and affordable agrihood?

There are many agrihoods but Serenbe, GA was one with intentional design placed in. From floor design to landscape, hardscape, no lawns to maintain but shrubs. Shops like coffee, general, therapy, exercise and arts are also designed by residential zones to allow commuters to walk or bike. A drive block away is a farm/inn/cabins and venues for big parties and pool gathering. Near by have few pigs, goats, sheep and cows rest under tall pine trees. I see citizens drive on golf carts and kids running around the street and all wave as I passed by as a visitor. A bit creepy and cult like but I was convinced. All that lack here are high paying jobs. I heard Elon Musk's sister threw a party at Serenbe GA.
