BizOps resume. Help!!! No interview!!
I only got 3 HR screens in the last 4 months and have applied to roughly 100 jobs. Please help me get more interviews! π Target roles include: bizops, Gtm/sales ops, strategy & ops, corporate strategy ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ» THANK YOU. Any specific rephrasing / wording would be SO MUCH APPRECIATED. THANK YOU!!!
I would get rid of summary. Replace it with Skills section. Put a bunch of languages and frameworks you use. The goal is to include as many keywords from job description as possible

Itβs not the resume, itβs the job market, recruiters are easily getting candidates from top tier companies, they will not consider other companies. Donβt get me wrong I donβt work for top tier company and finding it hard to switch roles.
