Weaponize Earn Trust against the people who don’t bootlick. Never appreciate them for their wins even if they’re doing 100 good things. 4. Overload direct reports with shit ton of work. Make sure they’re delivering results and not pushing back deadline. 5. Maintain your look good image in front of leadership. Refuse to take accountability of your own mistakes and shift the blame towards that bottom 10%. 6. Build an empire and keep replacing the bottom 10% .
