Interview prep for principal / senior staff

There is a lot of material out there to help prepare for entry / mid level interviews, but i couldn't find good resources for senior staff / principal roles. Things like general topics to cover, mistakes to avoid, etc. I am wondering if there are some good resources that i am missing.
