Mid tier BB Trader or 10B HF Quant
After 8 yrs of working in analytics, I took a leap and went back to school. Just graduated with two offers in hand: 1) BB Trader 2) hf quant. Same product. I’m new to both of these two jobs. If you are curious, none of these two pay over 200K base. Not sure which one can lead to a better future to raise my own fund.
Go with the one where you'll be most likely to survive a few years. That is go with the less brutal culture. You need the experience and should prioritize that
