'Real' hourly wage

Looking through blind and seeing all the TC posts got me thinking, what is everyone's real hourly pay? What i mean is, we all know that we're not working 40 hours a week. some are but many are working a lot less/more. so i'll go first: Finance Manager (5 YOE) TC: $200K My stated hourly rate is $96.15 but my 'real' hourly rate is $76.92. Assumptions: 8 hour workday = $200K / 52 weeks / 5 days / 8 hours = $96.15 I actually work close to 10 hours per day on average so = $200K / 52 weeks / 5 days / 10 hours = $76.92 Who's got the biggest delta? #finance
