Want to move to canada but have a US employer.

I have over 6 years of data analysis, AI, data engineering experience. And we as a family want to move to canada due to uncertain visa conditions. My current company doesn’t transfer even though they have Canadian entity. What is the best way to find a new employer who would let me continue working from canada. I can start applying randomly but need help in identifying if blinders have knowledge
