Modi is at least honest on Media that it is not neutral but Godi media
Current job has terrible hours (late nights and early mornings due to offshore development team) and a product that is a boring hot mess and the company design culture is negligible. 320k TC, publicly traded stock. I'm getting some bites in my applications for smaller companies that aren't public but are still showing some positive growth and potential (still somewhat household names so late stage). But because the options are paper money it's hard to count them as "real". Usually the salaries for these roles are around 200-240k. Would you still take the jump? Would love to hear from anyone who has gone down significantly in TC to move to a startup and if it was worth it in the end.
You are talking about 33% difference in TC. Which is huge. If difference were 10%, better design culture anyday.
Will it help me buy porsche?
