Received offers at Paramount+ (Viacom) and Squarespace
I’m having a hard time choosing. The benefits are similar aside from equity with in Squarespace. (Salary = 110kyr 5ksign on for both. Sq the sign on is instant Viacom some stipulations (1st 6mo/ and have to stay for 2yrs or pay it back) Sq equity 48k in rsu over 4yrs - I will not stay that long I think Squarespace would allow me to obtain my financial and personal goals faster. However, I’m tired of doing work that bores me I’m not invested. My goal was to always become an analyst in media, television or music industries. WLB is important.
