Hit or miss but you will get work done. Workers tend to give 80% effort. So if you quote $100 for 3 hrs. They will work for about 2.5 at most. There it's important to negotiate and stand your ground. There are times where I have to use them.

Make sure you understand the risks that come with this ... There are more legit ways to accomplish something similar depending on what you're looking for.

They are laborers. They don’t really know how to build anything or fix stuff. So if you know exactly what you need to get done they work fine. Like take this pile of dirt and move it over there. Or dig a trench up the side of this hill , I can’t get a backhoe up there. Pray one of them doesn’t get hurt on your property 😉

Hiring undocumented workers is both illegal and wrong. You take away work from legitimate people who desperately need it.. while encouraging the hordes that do not respect our national borders. Just look for licensed and bonded workers.. It doesn’t cost you that much and you will avoid many problems
