A lot of support and resources to up-skill new workers just starting their career. WLB really depends on the manager and how much micromanaging they are into, but in general what I have seen its laid back.
Management does not care to retain quality engineers, hence a lot of your work will be fixing and maintaining poor quality work. Also, do not expect to get much compensation during your time here.
