Any strong opinions about working for Elastic vs HubSpot? Processing through offers now. While I felt like HubSpot had a stronger cultural fit, Elastic's offer is a lot more competitive and they seem to, at least financially, take better care of their employees. #offer

Should I join Elastic?

I am not happy where I am now. Would like to switch and looking out actively. Elastic called me up but they just had 13% layoff. They told me it is only SMB and not enterprise. The role is enterprise. Not sure about how stable it is for Elastic this year. However, not keen to stay in Cisco as well.
