Getting to work with students and help change their lives.
Lost its “soul”. Used to be a great place but after being acquired twice, became just a business. Recent company KPIs show positive earnings for business but extremely poor for employee satisfaction. High turnover, great people quitting all the time, and very little care shown for employees, even loyal ones.
