Why do non-tech companies use HireVue for SWE roles instead of CodeSignal or Codility?
It struck me as peculiar that every single tech company that sent me an OA (Online Assessment) required just a coding test (CodeSignal, Codility, etc) whereas it feels like most non-tech companies (JPM, GS, GM, MS(tanley), Fideliety, BlackRock, Deloitte, etc) also require a recorded video interview
