Have an offer from Cisco for software Engineer 3 Total : 23.5LPA Base 21.2( including PF) JB: 2.4 L Bonus: 2.4L No RSUs. What's the maximum band which VMware offer for MTS3? Couple of other company(Goldman sachs and Amazon) interview is going on parallely. Looked at different posts on VMware MTS3 offers. They all vary. They can compensate upto 50 if your counter offer is good enough through sign on bonus..try to get counter offer from series A-C startup

You can ask for 33L base, 37,500USD, variable and all should come between 45-50LPA. Don’t forget to negotiate for JB also maximum of 20% of base. They will law ball the offer first

I recently got an offer from vmware(india). here are the offer details(in INR): YOE: 4.8 Role: MTS3-UI base: 25L bonus: 3L ( 12% of base component ) PF: 1.5L Medical and other claims: 60K RSU: 19L ( vested over 4 years ) CTC:49L But my design round did not go well. if you do well in all rounds then you can go till base 28L, 3L JB and RSUs upto 30L.
Dude this is CTC what you mentioned, your tc is 34.75

Yes, most of the times if the performance is meets the expectations. Only once an yr ago bonus was given 80% across company
Do you they increase if you negotiate ..which component do they increase?
I negotiated more on base. When they didn't increase, then tried negotiating on stocks and signon.

Hey @op what was the final offer, im in kind off same situation, i've have 5yoe, but i was told MTS2 position in VMware cloud team, should i ask for MTS 3, im looking for 30 base, and i've other 3 company HR round is pending( these three comp will be somewhere around 24 to 28 as base)

Vmware offer will be a combination of base+bonus+RSU. So, it could be a scenario where your take home could be lesser than the offer you have in hand. But on the upside, you will get about 25% of your RSUs every year. So make sure you crunch in your numbers carefully before you decide on the vmware offer. Also the benefits like Car lease etc are non existent here in Vmware. Cisco has a, pretty decent car lease policy. So make sure to factor all this

I got base- 22 LPA bonus - 2.64 LPA and RSU 22 LPA vesting over 4 years. I'd say it was 30 LPA INR
