Got an offer from Walmart. Thinking whether to accept or not. Please share your thoughts. Walmart (Sunnyvale). TC: 300K. Breakdown: 240k (cash + 20% bonus) + 100k/3 on-hire stock + 30k bonus. Annual Refreshers: 100k/3 years. Staff SWE Microsoft (California). TC: 240k. Breakdown: 225k (cash + 15% bonus) + 75k/5 unvested stock. Annual Refreshers: 35k/5 years. Senior SWE (L63). Should I join Walmart or would you recommend staying at Microsoft?
