Microsoft Offer Evaluation (L64)
Offer Base : 65L Perf Bonus : 10L Stocks : 2cr for 4 years JB : 15L Total : 1.4 Cr Yoe : 13 I was interviewed for L65 but after rounds was downlevelled to L64. Looks like common practice these days due to market conditions. Can the base be negotiated further. What is the upper limit of base for L64? What do you guys think? Blind tax : 1.5cr #tech #microsoft

I think stocks can be negotiated more easily than base here. For L64, 65 might be high compa ratio already

Higher compa ratio will have more risk to layoff. In msft compa is directly taken into consideration.
Amazing offer, most tenured L65 at Microsoft earn less than this.
