Not best!
Are you working there? Can you eloborate more than “ not best!” plz lol
It’s ok!
Maybe best!
WLB - good Compensation - could be better, but not bad. Culture - good
If you’re still there would you say this is still the case or did things change?
NGL, some whiplash happened and things took a dive culturally. Many layoffs over the last year (none in engineering, mostly sales). So morale took a hit
Agree with the above. Good work life balance, pretty good comp (could be better) and culture is good. They are people I like hanging out with.

It’s amazing for engineers at-least.
Pretty happy over at engineering here. WLB is great - flexible time off (I've been taking ~ 4 weeks yearly), people are always encouraged to take care of themselves (by peers, managers and senior leadership). Positive, welcoming culture. Core values that are actually followed and brought up frequently, not just fancy words on the wall. I also think the remote work culture is pretty good, it wasn't hard to transition to 100% remote when the pandemic hit (everybody now gets a one time $1,500 stipend to set up their home office). Happy to answer more specific questions.
Are you guys hiring recent grads?

Hey- anyone open to referring for a role at Calendly? Thanks!
Calendly is great for technical roles. Sales roles do not make any money.
