How is Leigh High School district
As prospective home buyer, looking at good school districts for K-12. Is this Leigh High School good and its school district in Los Gatos? Or should I go for the Los Gatos High School homes?
Leigh High is excellent Live in Cambrian myself It is part of Campbell HSUD though not Las Gatos Lots of folks prefer Leigh High to Los Gatos High

I know several alumni of Leigh. Despite some recent bad press due to a criminal teacher, it’s a solid school and not a pressure cooker like the Cupertino schools. Still, many students are able to move on to top UC’s
With one caveat. It's becoming more of a pressure cooker every year as more people move here from Cupertino and Sunnyvale.
1/ Private school is better than public school. This is true even for Palo Alto Cupertino etc. 2/ Leigh school is good, but not the best, and on the absolute still worse than Los gatos high. Of course housing in LG is still much more expensive than Cambrian San Jose. LG high is where all the rich kids with rich parents are, so better infrastructure and also more drug and entitled kids’ problems. Your kids might have self esteem issue hangout with them. You choose what is best
Public school: bad Private school: good
The nearest good private school is Valley Christian And it's not all that close
I heard Valley Christian is problematic.
