I'm a new grad who just got done with uni this dec, have abt 2 years experience from interning and working in the middle of my degree. All my experience is at random no-name companies. Not getting any replies from companies and would love some feedback. What can I do right now to get more responses and interviews? (US and Canada dual citizen mainly looking for opportunities in the US. living in NYC rn but applying everywhere in the US)
