Having observed new contractors join our team, I've noticed a puzzling trend. Some engage extensively in overtime and weekend work yet remain in temporary roles for long stretches. Conversely, others quickly prepare for interviews, aiming to leave soon after joining. What drives this disparity? Is it the charm of contractual flexibility or a hesitance to dive into the full-time job market? Their considerable dedication often goes unnoticed. Have you observed similar patterns in your workplace?

These are contract to hire roles? Are they on visa? Some people are just looking for income in the short term and some are hoping to get hired
I asked some and they don't need visa sponsorship, so I believe contract role doesn't support visa.
