TikTok interview
My first interview didn't go well as I had a bug in first question and then interviewer said that let's just discuss the second question since we don't have time. The strategy for first and second I showed were correct. I have a second interview tomorrow since they had scheduled back to back interviews. Does anyone know how this works. Do I still have a chance if I nail the second interview? Anyone at TikTok who knows how this process works ? Thanks
Why TikTok over Snap? Wouldn’t you guys benefit from a ban?
Did you clear the OA for tiktok first or directly went to phone screen. Atleast for new grad Tiktok sents out a very hard OA

I can only assume that you’re not up to date with current affairs.. if job security, WLB needed to support a family, and good long term prospects are important then among tech companies TikTok is literally the worst option right now. Anyone with experience at Snap or similar joining TikTok will regret it. But it’s cool if you just want to fire off insults without first trying to understand the context 👍
the standards and practices aren't actually standard or practiced so ymmv. It's just like any other company, interviewer scores your performance afterwards, hiring manager makes decision based on interviewer scores. As it stands i would just withdraw as this is not someplace any sane person would work.
My first round was screwed up. Second round was good. Got rejected mail after 2 days
