I have voted against it. If you own Tesla shares you can go ahead and vote. I am not sure why this guy needs so much money . May be just to boost his ego. I just read somewhere that Pichai has become a billionaire. And many at Google are loosing their jobs everyday. I am not sure what these guys do to deserve this much income.

Just look at comparable company CEO pays and realize how insanely gross is his pay package that he wrote for himself, at the expense of shareholders and all of the US taxpayers that have been incentivizing his products. Top level CEOs get paid $100M-200M per year. Not 56B effin dollars. The company Tesla did not make 56B profit in its existance, wtf?!? How do you even justify that?!? Imagine this; Hey, I managed your bakery for a few years. I know that as the business owner you invested in 600K and we got a lot of help from the neighborhood to keep us afloat and made 20K in 5 years but I am entitled to 56K because that's what I wrote as my pay package.
Worst case scenario he will create a new company where people can work for 🫨🤗 … let him have all the cash he wants
We already got the value out of him. He owns plenty of stock. I'll be voting no.
