So guys. This is my current salary. 170k USD base plus stocks. I got the Canadian offer. 200k Canadian at an Advanced Consulting Partner of AWS. 200K Canadian. Is it worth it?
200k canadian? That's a small army. You could take over all of westeros with any army of that size.

200k Canadian mean 8000 a month before RRSP (Canadian 401K). You will be barely able to afford a 500k house.

Location in Canada ?
You may pay a bit more tax (do your research on how much more comparing to US), but you get free Medicare for life; much better WLB (not so many folks work overtime in Canada, which is more like an European country in that sense), as well as much nicer and friendly people. Of course, you can also get permanent residence quickly, if that is of interest.
Canada is worth it, not sure about the company.
