I was on put on pip and i am close to my pip end date. I have already applied for fmla but it hasnβt been approved yet. Can i be terminated if my fmla does not get approved before by pip end date?
due to redundancy, I no longer have to give my full notice if Iβm resigning early. (Iβm currently placed on gardening leave for the duration of the notice period). Should I let the new company know about it? Or will it adversely affect me ? #layoff
