I was speaking with an internal recruiter. I refused to throw out a number. They finally told that L4 (eq. to Senior SWE) can get 250k TC.
It seemed... surprisingly high, not gonna lie.

- In unrelated convos, I was told L4 has a 20% bonus target and 80k/4 yrs stock.
So 170 base / 34k bonus / 20k stock adds up to 224k.
If I had to guess, that’s probably peak base. The bonus structure is tied to the level (non negotiable). There is probably the opportunity to negotiate for more stock to get to 250k.
