Take care of your coworker, you never know what they have going on. Think twice before assuming someone is just a unfriendly and grumpy person and pushing him out because he is inconvenient to work with.
Oh man, we should remind it ourselves everyday.
Oh again, it’s FB’s fault.
Literally nobody is saying that.
I love this. Please always support and help. I make a point of talking a ton and working through issues at work. I want to do more and I’m so glad to everyone has a positive reaction here.
My coworker back at Yahoo killed his wife, kids and wife’s family before killing himself. This was in Bay Area. He used to sit across me. I couldn’t sleep for days thinking how we never noticed anything odd at work before this happened
What was the reason, why he did that?
It was all over the news. Indian immigrant family. It appears the coworker had taken time to buy 2 handguns and sent all his money to his parents and family in India before taking this step. He probably had issues with wife and wife’s family if I remember the reports. The wife actually survived but everyone else in family was killed.
All these incidents are eye openers. We should all be kind, accepting and inclusive. Everyone has their own struggles. We just cannot be judgemental.
I agree. While we're not responsible for everyone, please try to be kind and helpful to people you encounter.

Very sad, agree to what you said. Everyone has challenges in their lives and if work environment also adds to that stress it could be devastating. Be companionate to one another, after all everyone is working to feed their family or loved ones.
