AWS Seattle or Amazon Bangalore?

I am an Indian without GC. Have an offer for AWS L6 PMT for TC $320k in Seattle and about INR 70 Lakhs ($100k) In India Need advice on what to choose. Married with a 2 yo kid. Spouse not working. Points I am considering for this decision:

India Pros - Closer to family, ageing parents, domestic help to help with young kids, will need to come back to India soon anyway.

US Pros - Higher TC, More visibility, Career Progression, Path to FIRE?

Another vote for Seattle. That TC differential is too much to ignore. You can do tons with the additional TC

For 11yoe, 70lpa is not enough. 320k in Seattle is much better deal.

For 11yoe, 70pa is not enough in India? Why?

    • Amazon halfasser
L6 Folks at that level are making 1cr. 320k in Seattle is simply a better deal.

Of course the equation changes if there are personal factors involved. I would not take the India offer based on info provided.

Base is around 40, joining bonus depends on RSUs. But it will be very low.
