Found out after I gave my "all in" minimum salary requirement that they're paying way more.
How do I now negotiate up? The base has a 105-115 range plus 30% bonus. I want the 115.
Do I ask for 120 so they'd bring it down?

5.5 years, I'm a Sr. AM, this is a Sr position as well. 125 would be a 10k bump, but I want more now that I know they got cash.
