What’s the attrition like in Airbnb compared to other places you’ve worked in?

I'm pretty sure no one means that ever when they ask about "attrition". It's people leaving Airbnb. The thing you're referring to is just "hiring"?
yeah I am aware of that. was just new to the idea of employees leaving Airbnb cause it’s top in my places I would want to work next. As of now I would be joining either G or Uber, hard for new grads from no name schools to get interview at Airbnb

I think this thread confirmed my suspicions that Airbnb employees are not the sharpest tool in the shed.
All the dumb responses came from non-Airbnb folks, though none of the Airbnb responses answered the question either.

Well the OP knew what s/he was asking for. Info is probably best answered by recruiter or other HR dept head counter... and attrition means departures
Attrition means employees leaving the company for ANY reason. I don’t know the exact attrition rate, however AirBnB employees tend to stick around for 2.5 yrs (avg). For contrast, Google employees average 3+ yrs.
