Am I being ghosted or just impatient?

Had an on site on Wed. 7/24. Thought I did well for the most part (connected with most of the interviewers, built a rapport, etc.). I was told I would hear back by the following week. I followed up with the recruiter last Friday and she told me she’d try to get me an update for this past Monday. Haven’t heard back yet - should I be more patient? Are they ghosting me? 🤪
